Prior to joining General Projects in 2020, Ben worked at HUB Group in their London development team. At HUB he led a number of major regeneration schemes managing over 1,650 homes and 150,000sqft of commercial space with a GDV of over £½bn. A fully qualified architect, he has over 10 years’ experience as both client and consultant on projects with British Land, Stanhope, BSkyB and the V&A.

Ben holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from UCL, an MA in Regeneration and Development from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) Degree from the University of Newcastle.
